It needs one number from the IRS — and the IRS website won't give it to you without a Social Security Number. We get it for you. You give us four things. We do everything else.
You did nothing wrong. That website was only ever built for people who live in America. There is another way in, and we take it for you.
We tell you whether we can help, and the dates you would actually be looking at. Nothing is sent anywhere until you pay.
No forms to understand. No one to phone. Nothing to chase. Here is the whole of your side of it.
Your company's legal name, your name and address, your Articles of Organization, and one sentence about what the company does. Six minutes, on your phone.
The paperwork, the follow-up, the waiting. You never speak to anyone. Every two days you get an email saying exactly where things are — even when the news is “still waiting”.
As a PDF, with a bank-ready confirmation letter. Usually within days. Then you go and open the bank account.
Right now it's parked. It looks good. It does nothing. Here is what starts the moment the number exists.
They all ask for your EIN first. No EIN, no account. This is why most people are here.
An account in your company's name. You get paid in dollars, at US prices.
US platforms hold back 30% from people outside America. A US company with an EIN sends a W-9 instead.
Big US websites hold back 30% when they pay someone outside America. Amazon. Upwork. App stores. Ad networks.
A US company with an EIN gives them a form called a W-9 instead. Most of the time, they then stop holding that money back.
Every case is different. Ask an accountant about yours.
The IRS only issues instantly to someone with a Social Security Number. So when a site promises one hour, they are using somebody else’s. Watch what happens after.
Fast. Cheap. And a lie to the government, in your company's name.
Slower by a day or a few. Yours forever.
Tax advice. ITINs. Company formation. We do one thing and we say so — that's how you know the price is the price.
Fill in a government form. Talk to the IRS. Chase anyone. Wait without knowing. Give anyone a Social Security Number.
If yours isn't here, ask a human. We answer the same day.
Yes. Your application goes in in your own name, with your own signature. Nothing is done in anyone else’s name and nobody’s identity is borrowed.
It’s the same as having an accountant handle a filing for you — except we only do this one thing, and we do it every day.
No. Never. You don’t need one and neither do we. Anyone who says you do — or who gets you a number in an hour — is using somebody else’s identity on your company.
Your application is with the IRS within one working day of your signature. The IRS decides the rest — often days, sometimes longer. You get an email every two days until it’s done, even when the answer is “still waiting”.
You get all your money back. Every penny, to the card you paid with.
Four things: your company’s legal name, your name and address as on your passport, your Articles of Organization (PDF or a clear photo), and one sentence about what the company does. If you don’t have the Articles yet, your state or formation agent can send them today.
The IRS issues one number per company and will not issue a second. If yours already has one — from a formation agent, or from an earlier attempt — we can’t get you another, and you get a full refund.
If you’re not sure, message us before you pay. It takes a minute to work out and it saves us both the refund.
Banks ask for your EIN, your company papers and your passport. We give you the EIN and the letter in one PDF, ready to send.
We can’t promise a bank will say yes — that is their decision, not ours, and some banks don’t serve some countries. We promise the number.
No. An ITIN is a personal tax number and it is not needed to get an EIN for your company. Sites that sell you both together are selling you something you don’t need for this.
Yes, and almost nobody tells you. It’s called Form 5472. Every US company owned by someone outside America must send it every year, even if you earned nothing and even if the company did nothing at all. The penalty for missing it starts at $25,000, and the date is 15 April.
We email you about it every February, free, forever. We’re not accountants and this isn’t tax advice — it’s the deadline, so you have it in writing.
