If the IRS doesn't issue your EIN, you pay nothing.
That's the whole policy. The rest of this page is the detail, written plainly.
1. Before we file
You can cancel for any reason at any time before we submit your application to the IRS, and we refund the full amount to the card you paid with. You don't need to give a reason and nobody will try to change your mind. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to any email.
2. After we file, if the IRS does not issue an EIN
If we have filed your application and the IRS declines to issue an EIN — for any reason, including reasons on your side such as a company that already has one — we refund the full amount. We keep working on it for up to 30 days from submission before we call it a refusal, and we tell you every two days where things stand. You can ask us to stop and refund earlier at any point during those 30 days.
3. After the IRS issues your EIN
Once the IRS has issued the number and we have sent it to you, the service is complete and the fee is not refundable. This includes situations we don't control, such as a bank, marketplace or payment platform declining your application afterwards. We promise the number; we cannot promise what other companies decide.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We refund the full amount you paid; currency conversion differences applied by your card issuer are outside our control.
5. Chargebacks
Please ask us before opening a dispute with your card company — we refund faster than a dispute resolves, and it costs you nothing to ask. If a dispute is opened for an order where the EIN was issued and delivered, we will provide your signed application and the delivery email as evidence.
6. One order per company
Each order covers one EIN application for one legal entity. If you place a second order for the same company by mistake, tell us and we refund the duplicate in full.
